The passion for tractor trailers that she was born with led her to leave her profession as a doctor plus her internal struggle to overcome the inevitable, the passage of time and the transfer of her legacy to "La Diablita", her successor. With personal testimonies and archive footage, this documentary tells the story of a great woman who for almost 40 years traveled the highways of Mexico.
