Tevito is a musician dog who must hide his past for fear of being disappeared. Years later, Tevito lives a gray life, having completely forgotten his past, but his new circumstances will make him reflect if the courage to play the chinchin once again. "Charagua" pays tribute to the character from Tevito TV, an iconic cartoon character from Chile created by Carlos González, and to the works of Víctor Jara, in an emotional recontextualization of its story.
