Hello Daddy is a visual letter from a daughter to the father she never met. Her mother’s voice who carries and transmits the memories that belong to her becomes the bridge between bodies separated by time, distance, and absence. Through fragmented images, everyday sounds, and aching silences, the short film explores how family stories survive when a mother becomes a living archive. She is the one who names, remembers, and holds it all together. This intimate piece reconstructs, through tenderness and loss, a conversation suspended in time. A search to get closer to what was never lived but still pulses in every inherited gesture.
