A Bedouin father, Abdullah, loses his son fighting in the IDF. But, the Bedouins are Palestinian, and his community shuns his dead son for his choice. Abdullah visits the mosque, pleading with the sheik for the traditional funeral traditions for his son, but is gently refused. Alone by his son's grave, he finds no comfort. As night falls, Abdullah gazes at the sky, praying for his son’s soul to be allowed to enter heaven.
